Gertrude Contemporary, Melbourne, 2020:
Remedy for the Doldrums amasses an international and intergenerational group of artists who explore characteristics and systems of play within their work. From structured gaming to the ludicrous and absurd, the artists use these languages of play to explore global, social and political concerns; and the role of play within the everyday.
